As I said in TYPR & Summary, you sent the wrong product. We want a free shipping return for the Monwy Machines (2 ea) and then sent us the Shoe Dini.
We have yet to talk to anyone about this mis-shipping, except when we ordered the shoehorn. This product arrived this past week the 14th of April 2010. Why doesn't Publishers in the shipping invoice have a phone number so a customer can talk to someone? You invoice is clear on sendinf an item back, but niothing about getting thr proper goods.
