I have read the claims from various people regarding being told they won and then told it was a mistake. If you cannot find a layer who will work on a % of settlement, then contact the Federal Government, The Consumer Protection Agency, Federal Trade Commission or the Civil Rights Commission because they are targeting Seniors.

It has also been noted by me that their BIG Winners always seem to live in a single family home.

I have never seen them approach a condo grouping or apartment. Of course staging the WINNER always plays to the single home.

It would be interesting to see how many winners over the last 20 years were in these types of abodes as opposed to apartments, condos or Senior Living complexes.

I have been playing 5 days a week for 21 years and I have won $20.00! What a waste of my time!

Charged four times shipping for four products in one small box. I went for the 30% off products and recieved nothing off.

Unfair practices are getting more common with PCH. Rex Galusha 02645727666

They don't say that you have already won. They say that "You may already be a winner" because they have already determined the winning number. If the person who is issued the winning number throws their mail in the trash, or doesn't enter it online in time, then legally they have no obligation to award it to anyone.
