I recieved a scratch off in the mail from Publishers clearing house and it said i won $40,000. I returned everything and followed all of the rules.

Its been over a week now and still nothing. I feel scammed.

I am in deep financial trouble and could really use the money. Why havent i heard anything??

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Location: Memphis, Tennessee

i matched a scratch off of 1 million and was told it was for an entry for a drawing next year and when you read the tickets there is no such wording they are misleading and liars need to be shut down and jailed .i spoke with their rep a guy named Doug and he told me about it being an entry for next year i got away from my live chat and i suddenly received in e-mail a chance for 10 more entries into the same game i thought i had won . i am thinking about seeing a lawyer and reporting them to the attorney generals office .
