I was congratulated by Puplishers Clearing House for winning a $10,000 cash price, only 4 hours later an email was sent to me by PCH stating that im not the winner of the $10000 prize and that it was a error, and the real prize winner was in San Jose, California and not in my home town in the state of NY. It seems to me that PCH doesnt payout prizes as they state they do. I now believe that PCH is just a scam.

I think their drawings are rigged. I would hope that the drawings are random like the state lotteries or picking the winner out of a hat, with no peeking.

Instead, I think that the winners are chosen by the board of directors and corporate officers which would probably be illegal in some states. I hope that I am wrong because I have been a PCH supporter for about ten years.

Please show us how the winning contestants are determined.

Thank you for all you do.
