They are sending non-ordered items to their account holders on a regular basis with threat of damaging credit if non-paid and making receivers of items pay out of pocket if the item is returned. They are committing mail fraud and arguing with their customers telling them they must of forgot ordering the item when complaints are made by phone even before the item is shipped.

They also no longer send E-Mails of Items shipped. Non-ordered Items will appear in customer accounts the day they are received by the customer and not beforehand to stop calls telling them there are orders in accounts that shouldn't be there.

Reason of review: Mail Fraud.

Preferred solution: Class Action.

I HATE WHEN THEY ASSUME WE WANT THE ITEM AND SHIP WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL, THAT WAY WHEN WE DO GET THE ITEM WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY. I LEARNED MY LESSON NOT TO TRUST AND ORDER ANYMORE, GOOD THING I CANCELLED....

OR DIDINT I HUMMMMM.

ITEMS STILL ON CONFORMATION BUT SAYS CANCELLED.. IT BETTER BE!!
