I ordered 3 all american rose bushes. I finally got them on 4/16/11; planted them that day.
One looked bad, but, hoped it would be ok; it isn't it's dead. Do I get a replacement for that one? The payment is in the mail for these roses; and I only have two out of the three living. I want the bad one replaced.I have been ordering from PCH since 1998; this is the first time I've had a problem with any kind of plants that I've ordered.
A good customer like me should not have to pay for something that is'nt living. If I don't get a replacement, I won't be ordering anymore.
