I received a bill on line for an order that I made and that was fine however, a few days later, my son received the exact same billing with the same products as I purchased, only this bill was in his name?

I called the 800 number and sure as ***, I get the rudest *** he kept asking me to repeat my name, etc., and offered no apology for the error. He also offered no assurance that this error was corrected.

I blocked everything with pch on it no matter, this group should be investigated to the max!

PCH SUCKS BIG!

I paid my bill and waited for my item to be delivered and then I was sent another bill for the same amount. What is going on.

First you put me on about being a winner, then you keep sending me up dates on how close I am to being a winner. What a crock of ***. YOU are the scam artists we are all warned about.
