Ordered three things through their catalog, got one of them. Still trying to get one of them taken off because they can't get it but are still trying to charge us even though it isn't available.
Plus, they arbitrarily added an extra $5 to the item we did receive. When we asked them why it went up when the catalog shows $24.95 they said it was from something else we bought. Now here's the clencher, they don't know what that charge was for!!
Since when is it legal to just add to the cost of an item without itemizing out what it was for or showing proof???
Run from this company. I am getting ready to see if there is a consumer advocate lawyer that will look into their illegal practices. If I have my way, Publisher's Clearing House will be in trouble with the government again, since it seems they didn't learn anything from the first time.
So if they do this type of stuff, how do we know the sweepstakes isn't rigged??? (Bet it is!)
