Bill- speak to person

I received an item I ordered but did not receive the bill for the item. I need to pay for the item.can you please bill me for the Chiefs pen & keychain flashlight?

I do not understand your need for a minimum of 100 words.

May I please request a call back from a real live customer service person?

I resent the name you choose to label your customers with.

Your usual appearance is that you respect and value your customers.

This title does not reflect this attitude, does it?

I am simply trying to pay for an item I received. If that is not possible I will look into returning the item.

I am now up to 113 symbols do we both count the same symbols?

I got a call saying I won

I was told not to tell anyone. They said I had to deposit money in my account so the IRS could check it out and make sure they would accept such a big deposit.

Asking on me being called as a big winner from two different people well 3 different people

Is this fraudulent calls and I need to talk to someone for them to call me and wanting me to go to a OfficeMax or Office Depot and why? I got a call last time and they ended up getting $500.00 from me cause they said Id get it all back and aint seen nothings.

And now this past week was called again and said I need to get to one of these places now to pick up instructions on what to do next. Look those places are over 1 1/2 hours away to 3 hours. Sure I want to win and Ive been a loyal customer and supporter for a long time. And if I am a big millionaire winner then why dont you all show me I am and show up at my house, work where I am?

I shouldnt have to chase you all down? You all publishers clearing house should be coming to me right?

Emails stating order delivery were not accurate.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
There were several items in my order. I received emails from PCH stating my order had been delivered & requesting payment. In fact the items were shipped separately & arrived at different times. I informed PCH that I would not pay for the order until I had received all the items. Finally the last item arrived, & I submitted payment. In the future, I will not place an order with more that one item.

Scammed

Telephone call from PCH Headquarters stating that I won a prize.. called phone number supplied 516-654-****.

Asked for Todd Sloan. He called back informed me that I had won $4 million. Needed to pay for insurance . Sent approximately $15,000.

Andrew Goldberg then got on the line a couple of days later and said there was another $15,000 needed for additional insurance. Sent that amount. Then Goldberg stated that the IRS put a hold on the payout, stating taxes of $120,000 needed to be paid. I said NO.

They then tried to figure out another way to take my money. The above phone number no longer works.

If PCH was real, you'd be able to have a record of entries

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Look...It would be very easy for PCH to allow customers to see their entries, if the drawings are in fact done by random entry number. Every time you enter a drawing, you should be able to see which random number you've been assigned and you should be able to look at a history of it in your account.

That is how a legit site works.

When they do drawings, they never reveal what the "winning" drawing entry is. That's because it's not really done by randomly drawing numbers. They want you to believe it's setup similar to a raffle system but again, if that were the case, you'd be able to see what numbers you own and what the winning draw is. It's very simple to implement and to prove that PCH draws are legit.

However, there's a reason they don't do that.

If that were done, you'd be able to easily see that you're wasting time watching ads as you don't really get credit for all the drawings you think you do. You can click on the same "entry" over and over and each time, it says you've been entered. We know that's not how it works but so many people will waste their day watching these ads in hopes their "entry" will be the winner.

Now, I'm not saying that people do not win. I wholeheartedly believe someone wins.

I just know they don't pick winners by doing the fake drawings.

It would be easy to prove otherwise but yet, they refuse to do it. Wonder why...
