Also they say you can return things ordered.. And there is no Return Address Sticker.. I ordered a cushion that is supposed to be soft.. It is heavy and hard as a brick It is not worth the price.. Going to Send it back !!! Add comment

They have lied to me over the years.. Saying I won.. I even gave up a trip to stay home and wait for them.. I have used a lot of cell phone minutes trying to win.. I get 3-4 messages a day to search or buy something. To stay qualified to win. On the games they said I have won money but I never have seen any as of today.. And I have also noticed that the Prize dates change like from July to Aug... Add comment

I have received email saying I won on July 16th and I am unable to click the contact us now button I had this experience with pch lotto and I've discovered there is no way to check your winning number Add comment

I agree with the first person on this. I receive the same thing as well. It have got to the point. I stop spending my time with pch. Seems like a gimmick or scam. Especially when you are trying to win. Add comment

Hey everyone... PCH never contacts ANYONE prior to awarding a prize. If you get contacted by anyone saying they're with PCH, know it's a scam. I'm really sorry for anyone who fell for a phone call or email that said they won anything. I've never won a dime from PCH, but I also know they don't contact you prior to giving out any money. You spend a couple of million tokens on a prize clearly indicating the amount of token required to win that prize. When you reach or paid in the tokens PCH adds additional level thus not allowing you to reach any of the prizes. Why are the winner locations in the woods, on a farm or large property owners. I had faith in pch but now im not sure told my scratch off did not win even though there were 3-500s on the card had to scratch off 3 numbers the same then you scratch the bottom an scratch off the $$$ and prize suppost to be doubled no money or info oh well god is still good Add comment

DUMB is not the word to use. It was being hopeful and desperate. I wouldn't think they would contact me no other way than email, because that's how we communicate anyway. I was scammed tho. I have been having problems with "Error" pages. When the issue is resolved after some time I have noticed that my points total has not registered, or the "game" I was playing be it Slots, Scratch-offs Etc. is no longer available at the point it was lost.
